Voluntary cancellations incur 5% processing fee

Passport Submission: Clear scan required before 4th installment
Departure City Selection: Choose during registration
2. Payment Terms
Monthly Installments: Due by the 10th of each month
Currency Options: Pay in USD or PKR (converted at market rate)
Payment Proof: Always collect your payment receipts
3. Flexible Options
Package Selection: Choose any Arbaeen package by March 2026
Transferable Booking: Change participant name before 4th installment
