✨ Indiham‑e‑Jannat‑ul‑Baqi

Jannat‑ul‑Baqi is one of the oldest and most revered cemeteries in Islam, located in Medina. It is the final resting place of many Ahl‑ul‑Bayt (a.s.), including Imam Hasan (a.s.), Imam Zain‑ul‑Abidin (a.s.), Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.), and Imam Ja‘far‑e‑Sadiq (a.s.), along with numerous companions and early Muslims.

On 8th Shawwal, the painful historical event known as Indiham‑e‑Baqi is commemorated — the demolition of the shrines at Baqi by hostile forces in the early 20th century. Though structures were destroyed, the sanctity of the souls buried there remains untouched in the hearts of believers.

This day is a time for reflection, prayer, and renewal of our love for the Ahl‑ul‑Bayt (a.s.).
